JHA & Company was founded by CEO and owner Jharionne in the summer of 2021. Jharionne is a full-time college student at Georgia State University studying marketing. She expects to graduate in the spring of 2023. JHA & Co.'s vision statement is to Promote Fitness while Cultivating Education.

Jharionne graduated from Atlanta Girls' School in the spring of 2018, and she is an advocate for girls' education. In her senior year, she was awarded the Economics and Entrepreneurship award after winning the shark tank competition in her economics course. This sparked an entrepreneurial spirit in her and inspired the pursuit of a career in Entrepreneurship.
